Cancellation Policy of Securesphere Foundation

1. Introduction
Securesphere Foundation understands that schedules can change and unexpected circumstances occur. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality and impactful services on cyber security awareness.
2. Cancellation by Clients
- More than 30 Days Before Service: Clients who cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of a service will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
- 15 to 30 Days Before Service: Clients who cancel between 15 to 30 days before the service begins will be eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Service: No refunds will be available for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the service, due to the costs incurred in preparing for the provision of the service.
3. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule a service for another date without any penalty, provided the request is made more than 15 days before the original service date. Rescheduling within 15 days of the service date may be subject to availability and could incur additional costs.
4. Cancellation by Securesphere Foundation
- Service Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Securesphere Foundation must cancel a scheduled service, all registered clients will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling Options: Where possible, Securesphere Foundation will offer an alternative date for the service. Clients will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
5. Force Majeure
- In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, and other major events beyond our control, Securesphere Foundation will aim to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not feasible, full refunds will be issued.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
7. Changes to This Policy
- Securesphere Foundation reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effectively immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
